Guests are invited to relax in the two living rooms, and the open dining area. We encourage you to use your laptops and other devices in these public areas, and chat with the other guests.
Pin Code Door Locks
Upon booking, each guest will receive a unique PIN keycode for access into the main front entrance, and their bedroom.
This exclusive code is only valid for the guest’s booking period which ensures privacy and safety for all guests.

No Televisions in Bedrooms
We want our guests to enjoy a peaceful quiet stay, so there are no televisions in the bedrooms.
The building benefits from superfast fibre broadband.
Continental Breakfasts
All breakfasts are served in continental style, freshly sourced from local producers, bakers, growers etc.
Other meals are only provided if there is a regular ticketed event, such as popup restaurants, wine tastings, talks and screenings etc.
Check-In / Check-Out & Access
We ask that you can check-in from 3pm, and check-out by 11am. Please let us know if you need to extend these times and we will try to help you..
You can enter or leave the building at any time, day or night.
Room & Bed Sizes
All our standard rooms have king sized beds. Please look at the rooms page on our website for the floor areas.
The two family rooms can accommodate 4 x adults. “BOLDERWOOD” & “OBER HEATH” can be combined to make a family suite “HATCHET POND”.
