A useful arrival guide for guests staying at the Cloud Brockenhurst.

Welcome to the Cloud Brockenhurst
As you pull up in our on-site carpark you will see the front of the Cloud Brockenhurst, with the central entrance way.
General Access
Locate the digital keypad on the door handle and press the centrally positioned square icon, you will then see numbers appear on the keypad.
Simply enter the access code as per your pre-arrival email and enter the Cloud.
Room Key Locker
Once you have entered the Cloud, locate the room key lockers located directly in front of you upon entering the reception lobby.
Identify your locker by room number and name, and enter your code. In the photograph above, the top row shows “1922”, this is where you should adjust to match the number as provided in your pre-arrival email.
Please make sure your numbers are in the correct place not in the middle row but the top
